brazilian wax ** UPDATE**

Ever get one? would you do it? Hell No?
I'm goin for the first time the 3rd! I scarded!
************************************************

Was awesome! It didn't hurt that much...Getting my eyebrows done is worse..

I wasnt put in any weird positions ..I laid flat on my back and she got it all just moved my legs around!

It's the best feeling ever ....very clean
I highly recommend Christa and Polished in Sayville!

Anyway....I walked in with a fear and came out a definite customer. Hopefully it will last .....

Re: brazilian wax

i've done it twice so far. honestly, the worst part is letting the hair grow out beforehand lol. its so hard not to just shave it off. it kinda hurts but its not too bad. and some of the positions they put you in are kinda
but overall its worth it. you're nice and smooth and don't have to worry about shaving for a while.

Re: brazilian wax

I've gotten it done - its worth the pain. Plus it last a LOT longer than shaving. I go to J Sisters in the city - the 7 sisters from Brazil

It's not the most fabulous feeling.. but you will get over it.. the key is, and I know this sounds gross, but soak a paper towel in milk and dab it on the sore spots.. the milk will take the redness out and alleviate the pain.. Trust Me, it works!!!

I've been doing it for 6 years now. LOVE it!!!!

I've been going to the same girl the entire time so we actually just talk about normal everyday things while she's putting me in all these weird positions.

Re: brazilian wax

I get them done every month but next month I am starting lazer treatments because paying $50 a month was adding up so I am just laying out the money for the lazer treatments and getting it done!!!

The waxing isn't too bad if you have a good person doing it.....my girl takes 5 min. tops and it is all gone so the faster they do it the better.... I go to Maira at the Christopher Jon Salon in Sayville..... right by the bowling alley over there. The first time is the worst though because the hair is so thick but the more you go the less the hair grows back.... I am almost hairless because I have been going every months for like 4 years now.

I might go about a week before our wedding, so it'll be nice for the HM but I'm not sure how I feel about someone being down there

Re: brazilian wax

I did it and WILL NEVER do it again. I did it before a vacation. I was so sore. I didn't think it was worth all the pain. It grew back in about a week and a half-two weeks. I rather just shave...lol
