UGH..this happend to me last month..I was freaking out, went to the derm and she gave me some stuff..I also thinkmy prenatals had something to do with it..found out that vitamins with iodine can trigger zits..so i bought GNC's mega women without iodine..I also learned to take a B complex while it is that time of the month...these are little tricks my Doc told me..hope it helps!!!

I hate when that happens! I recently had a similar situation, but I think it is because I have my hands on my face too much lately.

HI HOLLY.
Ive been having this problem lately. I never get zits so when I get 2 or 3 at the same time I freak. I think its also cause of the weather change and cause im stressing I really hope its not like this next month!

It definitely can be stress. Also, try to find a thorough yet gentle cleanser. I find when I break out, if I find something either too harsh (strong) or too weak it makes the problem worse. It also could have a lot to do with the change of weather, so don't panic!!!!

same here, but on my chest!!! it is driving me crazy. my dress is strapless and my chest is all spotty. grr...

wow this must be going around .. i've been breaking out like crazy, its making me nuts!
I know for me its stress related, and the change in weather .. oily skin, etc... I'm getting it on my back too, yuck!!

I have been having this problem also. I am assuming that it is the stress of getting married so soon. I am also PMSing right now. This all needs to be over with in 8 days or I am going to be a zitty bride that is on her period. NOT FUN!!
