Breast Pain?

Breast Pain?

Yesterday I started have a fairly sharp pain on my right breast and its getting more constant. Did anyone have anything like this? Its not the normal achy pain, its quite uncomfortable. Its less constant on my left side but I sometimes feel it there too.
Also yesterday I had some flaky looking skin on my nipple so I was trying to get it off and clear liquid came out? I am only 20 weeks...isn't it too early for leaking?
I don't want to call my doctor over something silly, esp. when my appointment is Wednesday but this is kind of uncomfortable.

The sharp pain I don't know, but the clear fluid is normal, then that will change to the colostrom discharge (s/p) - I just read that in my pregnancy book!

I had sharp pain in my left breast, but I didnt start getting that pain until I was like 7 months pregnant..the docs told me it was because my ribs were expanding and the way the baby was lying and growing! that was the worst pain, I never wanted to wear bras...lol!
