Bridal Arm Workouts

I REALLY need to tone my arms. Any LIW Gals feeling this too? Does anyone have a good workout they do or have done that I can do at the gym? Sitting at home? Anything?
ETA- I have 3 months and I am starting to think this is impossible.

I think there's an 8 minute arms (think 8 minute abs) that you can find on YouTube. Vinyasa yoga always tones my arms up fast, or just buy low weights, maybe 5lbs, and do some curls while you're watching tv - that's what I do lol!

I do simple curls for my biceps using 10 pound weights - 3 sets of 10. And then I do hammer curls - 3 sets of 10. Then tricep kickbacks, 3 sets of 10. FH has a Bowflex at his house so I try to use that as much as I can as well.

If you keep up with it, 3 months is more than enough time to build up your arms. I've been working out for 2 weeks and can already see a difference. Work out your arms every other day!

It's hard to just tone one area. You should do a complete upper body workout. Chest back tris and bis, using weights. Start slow and eat lots of protein!

This. I should add that I've been working out my whole upper body, not just my arms.

Ok I just sent it. It hits the key areas, and is meant to be a quick and easy workout for at home. I should have added in the end to throw some pushups at the end. They're really the best for hitting a ton of areas at once.

Any questions let me know! Disclaimer - While I am a physical therapist, I am no arm expert - I work with kids. :) And if you have any shoulder injuries, be careful! Start with a low weight!

It's a constant flow so you're always moving the entire class, you go from plank, slowly lower yourself down to up dog then push back into down dog and then you move into the different warriors (1, 2 and 3). Love it!

You tube Tracey Anderson arm work out. It's hard at first but once you do it a few times you get use to it.

Do the P90x arm workouts! you will def see results in three months!!!!

I went from being able to do no pull-ups to doing 7-8 in under three months.
