Bridal Bargain of the day topic: HONEYMOONS

For those of you who haven't yet booked your honeymoon...here's some websites that will help you save....

www.onetravel.com

This is for those traveling internationally. This company buys blocks of tickets from airlines to resell at cheaper prices

www.applevacations.com

and

www.suntrips.com

These two websites book affordable vacations with charter airlines and decent hotels.

And last for today:

www.bestfares.com

This site, according to the book, is the 'Mother of all Travel Deals site'

Good luck!

If you find anything good....share!!!

Re: Bridal Bargain of the day topic: HONEYMOONS

Awesome! I would also add www.kayak.com to the list as it compares the price or airfares over several different companies.

Re: Bridal Bargain of the day topic: HONEYMOONS

watch out for 'bulk air'. You said they buy bulk air and there far are cheaper. its actually the opposite. the bulk air ussually cost more. they buy the air when it first comes out and the airline sells it at a set rate. then the travel companies raise the price so they can make a profit on it. you'll find bulk air to florida for $400-$500 a ticket meanwhile published air is only about $150 to $250.

Bulk air is really best for 1) durring holiday season and 2) the travel companies sometimes won't make you pay in full for the air at time of booking and is technically refundable but they won't tell you that.
