BRIDAL BOOTCAMP???

has anyone heard of this?? It is a workout designed for brides and I think some gyms have it. I'd love to do it, but I don't know where to go or how much it costs. If anyone has any info I'd love it!!

TIA

I think Powerhouse gym does it too. When I get my butt back in gear to the gym, I will look into that.

I called New York Sports Club because they have a buff brides program and it was SOOOOOO expensive. Something ridiculous----I honestly can't remember the details b/c I never wound up doing it and I looked into this months ago so i've forgotten exactly how much it was. It was a pretty short program too----like 12 weeks for something like $1500.
