How long have you had it? Have you noticed a difference? Is it good for a beginner.

I do regular bootcamp at my work now.. LOVE IT, i want to punch the instructor in the face when im actually being pushed to work, but in the end i feel amazing.

its $165 for 12 week program 1 hr 3x a week (but youhave to have membership to gym)

That is interesting what gym do you have to belong to? How did you get the instructor to come to your job?

I also do regular bootcamp at my gym, the class is free with membership. My personal trainer is also the instructor, so he knows exactly what to do to get my 'dress muscles' ready for the big day

Regular bootcamp is fine for beginners too, you just use less weight than the people who have been doing it for a while, and you will be sore for a good two weeks at first!
