Bridal/cocktail party

So I'm looking into having more of a cocktail party rather than a bridal shower. Ideally I wanted to do a place on the water, or something that has outdoor access. Preferably Nassau county or Suffolk border (nothing too far out there). I'm not planning on playing the typically bridal shower games, opening gifts or any of that. More of drinks, music, horsdoeuvres and food, etc. any ideas???

also Nicky's on the Bay in Bayshore, it's super casual but the location is amazing
