so far they have been absolutely wonderful! I ordered my dress there and am bringing my girls back to get their dresses in a few weeks... they were great on price

i think tilde went there for her dress & she raved about them (if i remember correctly)

Intersting, my sister in law used them last year and all went well. They gave the lowest price and she nor I nor any of the other girls had trouble. I will say they aren't the friendliest there BUT for the price I think it's worth it. I am using them for my dress and my girls.

IMHO- The price was ABSOLUTELY not worth the headache this place caused me. There are several other 07 brides that had trouble with them as well.

I filed a report with the better business bureau.

BUYER BEWARE.

It's not the first time I've heard of problems but I didn't experience any at all. It was my brother's wedding, and she did my sister in law, my dress, two of my sisters as well as 5 other girls. It was a year ago maybe the place has changed.

I think she got too big for her britches in 07- there are girls that have had no problem. But if I could go back and do it all again- I would pay double the price for my dress if it would mean peace of mind, having the dress more than 4 weeks before the wedding (and the BM dresses more than 1 week before) and having the alterations done correctly.

My sister had an awful experience there. Dresses came in VERY late, both BM and Bridal, and the alterations were done with hemming tape. Her bustle fell apart after about 10 minutes and the cups in my dress were moving around like crazy..

same thing ( not bustle but late dresses ) happened to people i knoiw... i wouldnt trust them...they used to be an LIW vendor...not anymore

The wedding was in the begining of September. We ordered in April and the first fitting was in July. We went back for a second fitting all was well then we returned about a week prior to the wedding and got our dresses. Of course if it was a week before I wouldn't be happy either but that wasn't my experience... it's making me second guess. I'm ordering in two weeks....

I ordered in the beginning of February and was told it would be in at the beginning of June. It still wasn't in at the end of July. She kept making up wacky excuses (like- she was at the bank when the UPS guy came, they aren't answering her phone calls, etc.)

There's another girl on 07 whose dress NEVER came in. She wound up having to buy a sample dress elsewhere 2 weeks before the wedding.

I think there was only 1 or 2 issues in 06, but 07 was a bad year.

I didn't realize she wasn't a vendor on here anymore...

I FM'd client services about this because it concerned me that they weren't on the vendor page and they told me that she was updating her website or something

no you were outside smoking a cigarette but I broke my toe so I was limping and moving in slow motion, it took a good 10 minutes to get to where you were standing, lol
