The BM dresses for my sister's wedding in Feb. were ordered from Bridal Elegance. The price was reasonable and, for the most part, there was no problem with the ordering or delivery process. I had major problems with the alterations -- I wound up paying again at another salon to have them fix the problems that Bridal Elegance created. Also, one dress was either missing the sash when it was delivered or the sash was lost. BE didn't notice until about a week before the wedding. They were able to get a new sash on time, but the problem should have been caught and addressed sooner.
