BRIDAL ELEGANCE SWITCHED MY BM DRESSES - UPDATED

my bm just told me that they gave her the wrong dress. the thing is that each girl had a different shade of red. its fine except that they gave a skinnier girl a bigger dress so now im not sure if they can make the smaller one fit the bigger girl!! and now they wont answer their phone!!

they are so sweet and gave the best price but they really screwed this one up! i hope they can fix it TODAY!

OMG - how awful!

I'm starting to worry because I ordered BM dresses from them because I adored them and enjoyed working with them, but my dresses are still not in and we're getting down to the wire and all they tell me is not to worry...

Just keep letting the phone ring, someone will pick up... I hope its fixed ASAP!

yes. thats what bridal elegance said to do, to make sure they fit.

but as an update to the story they are willing to come out to nassau, pick up the first girls dress from her and fix it for the bigger girl....both girls seem to want 'their' dresses even though they are all the same besides the color- AND i arbitrarily assigned them each the color since they didnt care at the time, but now all the sudden they care.... ANYWAY
now i just have to get that all coordinated...otherwise the girl thats going in today to pick it up will have to bring it with her... def didnt need this today with my 20 item long to-do list...
