Has anyone received a call from a 631 number saying that they've won 3 prizes - wedding rings, 3 night stay and gift certificate (i think?). Sounds absolutely ridiculous and told them not to call again because it sounds like such a scam. I'm just wondering how they got my number because I never give out my cell. grrr - hate these annoying people that call.
I was getting random calls like that when I first started attending showers, I just let the machine get them. A few said I had won things but I feel like its a scam too so I never called back.
I got a call that I won an add on to a video package (if I purchased a video package from this vendor) from an entry at a bridal expo - that I never even went to!!! And somehow they had my cell # too.
I just got that call a few minutes ago! It looks like a scam. I googled the phone number and everyone else says the same thing. Looks like David's Bridal sells your info to companies like this. I hate them so much!
it sounded so fishy. i let them talk and nicely asked that they never call the number again. ugh, why do people have to share our phone numbers? if i want you to have it i'll give in myself!
