Bridal Expos

Hey! This may sound silly but I am new to this whole thing. What should I expect at the Bridal Expos? I am going to one in the city this Saturday. Are they very casual...come as you please? or do you need to dress nice and expect to be there all day?

No need to dress nice. You get there when you want and leave when you want. They're usually just bunch of tables with different vendors, you can get info about their services.

Just bring like a backpack or big bag because most vendors will give u stuff to bring home and it can all get kinda heavy and akward if you try and walk around with it...

I'm a teacher....I go through about 10 pens per day. I have 5 classes- in each class at LEAST one kid doesnt have a pen. They borrow a pen and I never see it again.

Ok sorry OP -- totally OT here but my Mom used to go to this medical conferences and they have the most AMAZING pens at these things and they are GREAT quality -- heavy, ballpoint ink and stuff -- used to LOVE looking @ her stash when she came back.

Anyway -- I'm going to my first Expo at Astoria World Manor on the 27th -- and I'm pretty excited.

I got an invite to the big one in the city with Colin Cowie -- but it's on Sabbath and it charges a pretty hefty admission fee!! Like $80/pp . . . Which I balked at paying So I'm not going to that one.

I'm so excited!!!!!!!!

always bring two things with you, a tote to fill with info and free stuff and labels with your name and address already on them. its saves sooo much time when you can just put a sticker than fill stuff out.
