Has anyone gotten there dress or looked at dresses here? I am trying to find out which designers they carry and if you need an appt. I haven't been able to find any information online. If you know can you please share. Thanks!

They carry Demetrios. I ordered BM dresses there (Eden Bridal) One of my BMs is very tall and I had a special order for extra length for her and they didnt get it extra length. Luckily enough the dress wasnt too short.

I think as far as brides dress go they only carry demetrios. I also got a BM dress there for a wedding I was in....it was Bill Levkoff.

I got my gown there...macy's only carries demetrios...in fact it is a demetrios salon that just rents the space from macys. I have had a great experience. I even wanted to change my dress and they were able to just switch the order, no problem at all.

I bought my Demetrios gown from there. Not that great customer service, but I loved my gown.

My FSIL bought her dress there and was very happy. I don't know what type of dress it was. They were happy with the service and alterations.

I ordered my dress there and so far they have been nothing but nice - I have been there multiple times to try on my dress for different ppl, and then multiple more times with my BMs to try on different dresses for them. They are usually very patient imo.

I went there to try on some dresses and an older women helped me and she was so sweet!!! I don't remember her name but she was great!!

We didn't go to macy's smithhaven but went to macys manhasset- my mom's dress was expensive and they butchered it with alterations and she had to go to Davids bridal to get a new dress.
