I am planning a bridal luncheon in January for my bridesmaids. I wanted to do something special to acknowledge them since I never really asked them to be my bm's, they just kinda knew and everything fell into place when I told them about the engagement. It's going to be at my grandmother's house (which is also where i'll be getting dressed on the day of the wedding). I'm going to have food, cake, chocolate covered strawberries, and mimosas. Since next year is when all the wedding stuff kicks into high gear and we'll start being fitted for our dresses, I made them a newsletter going over all the specifics. I want to be fair and have them aware about the costs so that they can have plenty of time to save. I also wanted to give out some cute little gifts. I know I'm doing the bridesmaids shirts, but what else should I do? Throw some ideas at me ladies!!!
edited for typos and to add: even though it's an informal luncheon, i plan on making diy invites to mail to each girl.

thats such a cute idea!! what about a gift certificate for a mani/pedi or a bath/body giftset? not sure how much you're looking to spend

I like personalized bags with their initials or names or maybe a jewlery set for each (depending on how many girls there are and also you wanna save some ideas for bridesmaid gifts when the wedding comes).

love the newsletter idea! i think any spa items are always great. also, anything they might need for the wedding. i just saw these cute monogrammed travel makeup writslet type bags and thought those would be perfect since my wedding is sooo far out east that they'll need to stay over night.

The begining of January bath and body works has a BIG sale (I worked there part time and the sales are the BEST). You can def. make a basket for each girl for little cost.

i am giving my girls two panel photo frame. one side will be a picture of us from when we were kids with a little saying asking them to be a bridesmaid. the other side will be where they can put a picture from the wedding.
