Good afternoon ladies! I have found the final piece of my bridal party, which will make my side even with FH's. One of my really good friends just moved home, so now she's close enough to include in my bridal party.
I want to ask her in a really special way because it's late and I've already been talking about my wedding with her while she was away. How did you girls ask your bridesmaids to be bridesmaids?
I remember hearing really awesome stories, so I figure you girls can give me some great ideas! I'm really excited!!!! TIA!!!!

I was a bit in the same situation. I was debating back and forth on whether or not to ask one of my childhood friends. We were talking alot about the wedding, and FH asked if I was going to ask her. So one day I was searching for BM dresses and asking her opinion. When she said she thought the dress was really nice, I said told her I was glad she liked it, since she'd be wearing it.

Maybe plan a fun afternoon/evening with her and surprise her with a 'will you be my bridesmaid' card. A number of greeting card sites sell adorable ones.
Well Im not having a bridal party. Just moh and best man. but I am in 2. One friend ordered a rose bush from ftd and in the card put a little poem roses are red violets are blue will you be my bridesmaid please say I do. Very cute. Another friend sent out a poem printed and mailed.

i love all the will you be my bridesmaid cards...those are always cute. or maybe take her out to dinner and ask her then.
