Bridal Party

I have asked my 3 closest friends to be in my bridal party, plus my FH's 2 sisters. My brother JUST got married (kind of a shotgun wedding) - my question is - since our wedding is still 2 years away - am I supposed to have my sister in law as a BM as well? I'm not sure what the 'rules' are? I asked a couple people if I should have her in the BP (my brother is in the BP as a groomsman) and I have gotten mixed responses. We get along great but we aren't super close.
Advice??

I don't think it is necessary to ask her. If your undecided and don't want to upset your brother, get his opinion.
If you want to involve her, she can always do a reading or something during your wedding.
Remember, it is your wedding and you have to be happy (making everyone happy will drive you crazy and you won't be happy).

I don't think it is necessary. FH SIL is not in our bridal party. You could include her in another way if you wanted. Maybe have her do a reading or ask her to be your something blue.

You don't have to ask her. Me nor my sister were in my SILs wedding party when she married my brother. I would like my bro and her to be in ours but they are going to be the last people we ask just to keep our options open since we're not super close with them.

I don't think it is necessary. I am not having my FSIL in my BP. I like her just fine but we are not close and if anything it would be weird and seem forced to include her. I feel like being that you still have 2 years before your wedding you don't need to rush into a decision. Your bridal party does not have to be set really until you order dresses which is ages down the road so you can see how your relationship progresses with her till then and then make a decision.

I'm not having my siI, but we aren't close which is why I didn't ask. It is up to you!

I dont think it's necessary. If it was FH's sister, it's a different story, but your brother's wife is totally your discretion. I would only ask her if you are really close friends.
