BRIDAL PARTY GIFTS

Hi 09ers

Please share what you all bought for your Bridal Party!!! I don't know where to begin!!!

i bought my girls all coach wristlets, a beach chair, & a towel

for the guys we got them Coolers, a bbq set and their favorite beer in the cooler on ice :)

We had a very small bridal party just MOH & BM, and two RB's. DH bout the BM his brother a swiss watch that was very nice, but IMO too expensive. I bought my MOH a pretty necklace from whitehall before they went out of business last fall (pic in album).

I bought them handmade tote bags that went with our colors from a great Etsy seller, their day of necklace, slippers and paid for a portion of their hair and makeup. I only had three girls so it was a little easier on the pocket! Here is a pic of the bags I got them, hope it posts!

I'm not an '09er, but since I'm the '09 BOTW, I'll answer

I bought my girls the following:

Tote bag
Makeup brush kit w/ case (BM's only)
Lip gloss kit (BM's only)
Bath & Body kit (MOH's only)
Jewelry pouch
Totes Isotoners ballet slippers
Double picture frame with a pic of me with each BM on one side and the other side left blank for a wedding pic
Swarovski necklaces
Swarovski earrings for MOH's and FSIL to match their necklaces
Crystal brooch for their dress
Lolita wine glasses

Oh and they all also have the option to get a free mani/pedi, as my sister (MOH) is a manicurist.

I got my girls flip flops with Swarovski crystals. They matched the dresses so they were able to dance comfortably. They loved them!

I bought my girls the following:
A tote from theknot.com that had their initials on it.

Their DOJ which was a bracelet and a pair of earrings.

The Bridesmaid Precious Moment figurine.

A lenox jewelery box that matched our china pattern that had their names and either 'bridesmaid or maid of honor' and our wedding date engraved on it.

I am going to print my pro pics with me and each of the girls and then a BP picture and put it in a frame and give to them also as a nice rememberance.

For the guys we bought:
Socks that had their BP name on it (best man, groomsmen)
Engraved beer mugs with their name and either BM or GM on it
Personalized pub signs catered to their interest (i.e. golf, sports, wine, etc) which I got the idea from another LIW bride

Parents of the Bride:
Daddys little girl Precious Moment figurine
Beautiful And Blushing, My Baby's Now A Bride Precious Moment Figurine for my mom
personalized handkerchiefs
For my mom, the silver engraved bouquet holder for her flower

Parents of the Groom:
Same bouquet holder for my MIL
Engraved beer mug for my FIL
Engraved handkerchiefs
Small items DH bought them

ETA: I also paid for the girls' hair and makeup too (I had two single moms and a girl from out of state so it was the least I could do)

I bought my MOH the flip HD video recorder and my BM a diamond and gold pendant...my Dh bought the BM the new ipod touch and the gm a saw/drill set. I also bought them DOJ and paid for the hotel night, hair, makeup and mani/pedis.

I got all my BMs a canvas hand bag which I filled with a bunch of toiletries such as lip gloss, lipliner, hand sanitizers, hand lotion, nail files, hair elastics, band aids, tic tacs, kotex, a black pashmina, and a DOJ set of swarovski pearl and crystal bracelet and earrings. The MOHs also got a $25 gc to Red Lobster.

The GM all got gcs to The Cheesecake Factory, but the BM got a higher denomination.

We got the GMs Kenneth Cole watches and the BMs a Coach wristlet, DOJ (earrings and a bracelet) and a $25 gift card (meant to pay for their mani/pedi.)

I got my girls crystal bracelets and earrings to wear on the day of. FG and Junior DM got pearl earrings.

My guys got pocket watches and the BM got a pocket watch and a cigar kit.

Just realized I didn't say what we got the guys! We got them pocket watches and the BM got one that was slightly different. We had them all engraved with our wedding date on the back in small font so it didn't stand out too much.

I don't have an actual pic, but this is similiar to what we got them.

Day of purse (small hand clutch) bought from etsy custom made to match dresses huge hit!!! they all had mints and gloss available for me at all times bc of this bag ($10) pic attached below

lands end beach bag with initials ($33)

Got the girls custom-made clutches from a vendor an etsy which were awesome and had a personalized message embroidered in each of them. Also got them all a pearl drop necklace and pearl earrings from an etsy vendor. Monogrammed canvas tote bags and j.crew flip flops that matched their dresses to change into at the wedding if need.

we got our groomsmen the ties they wore for the wedding as well as customized bobbleheads of each of them that came out fantastic! webobble.com :)

I got them earrings and a bracelet from the flea market for the DO. And I got them a Danielle Stevens necklace and a wine glass from Lolita. IMO I think those glasses are so cute for gifts. They have so many diff ones. Check them out. lolitaglasses.com

Bridemaids: Coach Umbrellas and wristlets (Tanger Outlets was a huge help!).

MOH: A Coach bag and Coach sunglasses

2nd MOH: a huge Coach work or overnight bag.

Groomsmen: Authentic football and baseball jerseys - each their favorite player they loved them!).

Ringbearers - Back packs filled with toys and books (they were both 2 - very young).

Flower girls: Head bands to wear the day of the wedding and silver Tiffany dangling heart bracelets engraved with their initial.

Parents: 8x10 Lenox frame and I printed a page to go in it thanking them for a million things and stating that their gift is the parents' album, 8x10, and copy of the video from the photographer. We also got them each and engraved hankerchief for the day of the wedding.
