When do you give your bridal party their gifts? The day of the wedding or beforehand?

I keep getting little things here and there that I plan on giving at different times. Their main gifts will be given at the rehearsal though.

i'm really surprised that so many people are giving their gifts at the rehearsal dinner! I always thought it should be given the morning of... that's when i'm doing it. Mostly because everything i'm getting them will be used the day of (hand-painted wine glasses, silk monogrammed robes, day-of jewelry and a pashmina) and i just think it will be less stuff for each of them to remember to bring.

I've always gotten gifts at the rehearsal. I think it depends on the situation.... we won't all be fully getting ready together, so I'd rather give it to them when we're all in once place. By the time they are ALL at my parents house in the morning, I'll be getting ready myself.

I am kind of worried my girls are going to forget something day of too. I was considering holding on to some of the important stuff that we cant do without (brooch for their dresses, DOJ) until that morning. If I do end up giving them everything beforehand I am totally going to give them a day of checklist to help them remember that day. I can't decide!!!
