Bridal Party Meeting

Can I get some suggestions:

I have a very large Bridal Party,12 Bridemaids, 12 Groomsmen, 1 maid of honor, 1 best man, 1 junior bridemaids, 1 junior groomsmen, 1 mini bride, 1 ring bearer, and 3 flower girls. Whoosh!

So me and my fiance decided to have a bridal meeting just so everyone will know how everything will work out, and because everyone have different attitudes. I just want a well organized and beautiful wedding and want everyone to be on point with no surprises.

Can I get some suggestions on what we should go over with the bridal party during our first meeting which is Dec 22nd.

a few ideas:

hair & makeup for bridemaids-
times to meet for ceremony- ( when & where)
when to go shopping for dresses (if that isnt covered yet)
tuxedos- measurments for grooms
rehersal dinner schedule ( of course that is in the later meetings

Wow, that's a huge wedding party. I don't envy u when it comes to buying gifts. What is a mini bride?

I've never really heard of having a bridal meeting. What kind of information do you want to go over with them?

i have a very similar sized party.

we are doing a meeting but not until a month or so before.

Well because it so large, and the last time we seen everyone there was a lot of 'Y This' and 'Y That' questions. And we have a lot in the bridal party who jokes around too much and it's hard to get them to be serious. They are going to drive me crazy
