Bridal Party question...
My fiance is wearing a different color vest and tie to coordinate with me, and the groomsmen wear the same color as the bridesmaids, but does the Best Man wear the same as the groomsmen? Also, my male cousin is my Man of Honor, does he wear a different color??? And what about the fathers? What color should they have? Thanks... sorry for all the questions.

Bridal Party question...
What I decided to do was put my FI in a color that matches me, the BM matches the MOH and my father is wearing black. I think that the fathers usually wear black. We don`t have a Bridal party except for the BM and MOH. However my brother is making a speech and I have selected a song that I am dedicating to him that we will dance to. For that reason he will be in a tux but his vest will be black like my Fathers. So your Man of Honor could wear black if you wanted. I hope that helps.

What I have seen is...
The groom matches the bride, usually in white or ivory. All other men match. You can have them match the BM dress color or wear black. Sometimes, the Fathers wear black instead of the BM color. I would have your Man of Honor and Best Man wear the same thing, just have a slightly different flower in their botinaire (spelled all wrong). Typically if your brother is not in the bridal party and the event is not black-tie then he would wear a suite of his choice. I think it is very nice that you will be dancing with him at the wedding. What song did you pick?

It's up to you.
You can do whatever you want. There are no rules. My husband, GM, BM, and fathers all wore the same vest in different colors. Groom wore platinum with platinum tie, the groomsmen wore black with black tie. The fathers wore gold (not shiny gold, it was muted), with black ties. And I don't see a problem with your brother wearing a tux too. Like Michele31 said another good way to distinguish the men is with different boutineer (I can't spell it either :-)

What we did
My husband wore a black suit with a white vest with a platinum design on it. (He looked so handsome :o)) The tie & hankie matched the vest. The BM & ushers wore the same except their vests, ties & hankies were black with the same platinum design on them. MOH & BM dresses were platinum. The ring bearer matched my husband`s vest etc. Also the BM & ushers had different boutinierres than the groom. It`s all like Stef28 said though, however you choose to have it is fine. Also a good tux place will give you lots of ideas. Good luck.

Colors
Your FI should wear white or ivory, to match you. The GM should wear the same design as the Groom, except their vest/cummerbund should be in black, silver or gold. I have never seen a wedding party where the men matched the bridesmaids - that would look more like a prom than a wedding. However, it's totally up to you. Fathers and grandfathers should just wear black.Welcome New Vendors
