I am only having a MOH...but my family from canada are coming. One of them is my 7 year old cousin. i was thinking of having her as flower girl. I trust her mother to pick out a nice dress in Canada & just need get a flower girl basket here in NY. Will that look funny without a ring bearer?? or should i stick to my original plans? I really am looking forward to seeing my family again & i don't see them too often. I would luv for them to participate in my wedding in any way.
Thanks !!

Re: Bridal Party Question
That'll look fine - I've been to a few weddings where there was only a flower girl and no ring bearer., and it was great!
If you want her in the wedding, put her in it - I'm sure she'll look adorable! Ring bearer or no ring bearer - it doesn't matter.

Re: Bridal Party Question
I totally agree! I think it would be great if you used her. Actually, when I was little I was a flower girl in my cousin's wedding, and she had no ring bearer. I don't even think anyone notices! I think it adds a nice touch to your wedding!

Re: Bridal Party Question
Have her be the flower girl...its your wedding, do whatever you want! I think it would be fine to have a flower girl without a ring bearer

Re: Bridal Party Question
You can do whatever you want. My sis is my MOH - only BM that I will have. My niece is the flower girl. No ring bearer, my nephew doesn't want to do it and I won't force him.

Re: Bridal Party Question
I have a flower girl with no real ring bearer, my 13 year old son is going to walk with her just to make sure that she makes it down the aisle (she'll just be two when we get married) so I have a rather grown up 'ring bearer'.
