Bridal party question

PS - I am probably going to take this down in about an hour or so bc of lurkersssssss

I dont have a BP so maybe my idea of how to handle it isnt that good, but still, I think before doing anything I would talk to them and try to figure out what happened and why they have acted the way they did.
esp when its a NWR issue, that should send alarms as that there may be something wrong in the friendship. best to talk it out.
