Wow! that's a sticky situation. If your FI said yes to be in the other guys wedding then he should ask him to be in his too. If he feels like he can't have that guy in and that other guy out, then have them both. What's the big deal?

Let me tell you this happened to my fiance he asked someone to be in our bridal party and then a couple of weeks later the guy got engaged and did not ask him, and my fiance was devistated. I know it is your day but I would make sure no ones feelings get hurt.
