Has anyone used Bridal Reflections. I am ordering my dress today and am very nervous because I have not heard good things. Let me know.

I have heard a lot of mixed reviews about this store. then again, I got my gown at the Commack Wedding Center and I heard mixed things about them too, and everything was fine for me.

I used BR in Carle Place for everything except my shoes and my veil. I found their service fantastic. They catered to every need I had as well as my bridal party. They could not have been MORE professional towards me.
There will be mixed reviews and not every sales person will be great ANYWHERE.

Thanks so much, you are really putting my mind at ease. They are the only salon on long island that carries my designer and Iwasn't happy with them, when I went there for my bridesmaids.

I agree with Leslie, I had the same experience at BR in CP so far.

I used the one in carle place. I didn't have any problems. My only suggestion is that you are very clear on what you want and ask for. I ran into one small problem at the very end and it was a miscommunication with the seamstress. It was very stressful but they did fix the problem. I would still recommend them.

I used BR in Carle Place for my dress and for my BM dresses. I have mixed feelings about them. At the beginning, they were absolutely wonderful, but towards the end I had some problems with them. My BMs also had some problems with them. They used different seamstresses for the BMs and IMO, the seamstress who worked on my MOH's dress was not very competent. I'm not sure whether I'd use them again for my dress, and I probably wouldn't recommend them for BM dresses.

I used the one in Massapequa and they were very accomodating. I used them for my bridesmaids dresses.

Used BR in Carle Place and was VERy weary atl first due to feedback I had heard as well. Low and behold, my experience was wonderful and they did an amazing job on both my gown and BM's!!!

Every vendor has good and bad reviews-I had a bad experience with them. I went in for a specific dress, faxed them a copy of the dress and told them the upside of my dress budget. They 'yessed' me over an over to get me to come in and then, after I am in the dress told me it was over $1000 more. I didn't appreciate that and wouldn't use them because of that. However, if you have already picked your dress and have your price, you're doing better than I was.

Went yesterday to look at BM dresses and it was just too chaotic for me...you should check it out for yourself. Some girls love it some don't!

I ordered my gown there and then went back to order BM dresses bc i thoought they were great. I used the one in Massapequa and everyone i dealt w/ was helpful and nice. Good Luck!!

I agree. Saturdays are nuts in the BM salon. BUt you have to make an appt in the bridal area and then its not as chaotic

This was the Carle Place one...we had an appointment but got little help from anyone

I agree you have to be very specific with what you want them to do. We ordered the bridesmaid dresses from the salon in massapequa for my friend's wedding and they were extremely difficult. The bride ordered her dress from the Carle Place location and although they were a little on the high maintenance/high price side, her dress was absolutely gorgeous and the alterations (many were needed) were impecable!

Thank you soooo much for everything. I got my dress from there and I am hoping that everything goes okay. I didn't feel great getting it there but they are the only salon except for Kleinfelds that had my dress.
