I went to Bridal Reflections in Carle Place recently and I did not have such a great experience. I had made an appointment to look for a veil & tiara and although at first they were very polite, they just plopped a veil (that I didnt really care for) on top of my head and a tiara, they did not even ask me what style of veil I wanted or anything at all, I felt like a jerk just sitting there with a wedding dress on my lapp, a veil and tiara that didnt go together and no one was there to really help (even though I was assigned a sales woman). The woman in charge of the tiaras that was standing right next to me the whole time was too busy rearranging the table that they were on. My mother and I just decided to leave, it's a shame I was ready to drop some serious cash on a veil & tiara that I liked, but due to their poor customer service skills I decided not to purchase anything at the store.
This was just my opinion and experience with this store, I just needed to vent. It was actually the worst experience I have had with a store or vendor since I began a few months ago with planning my wedding.

awww i feel bad too because one girl that i worked with (amanda) at the massapequa location was great and the veils there are especially amazing-- (denise leli) maybe give it another try at the other location. i do have to say, there was another girl there that was very rude so i stayed away from her and stuck with amanda. good luck!!!

I also had horrible experiences with Bridal Reflections. They are incredibly rude, sorry you had to go through that

sorry to hear that. I went there for a headpiece showcase (Denise Leli) to look at headpieces and veils and didn't like any of them.
I'm sorry you dealt with that, i had such a great experience there. I've heard all the horror stories though. I would call the manager and complain, it may work out to a discount or gift certificate! If not, check out Thomas Knoell, his stuff is so beatiful. http://www.thomasknoell.com/

I freaking hate that place, in plain english
everything was going fine until my dress was the wya wrong size (after they insisted I order it HUGE) and they had no idea how to take it in..thebeads were falling off
two nights before the wedding there was a huge iron burn on my cousin's gown, and then they remade part of the gown, witha different fabric so it was TWO TONE..eventually they fixed it, but they were so rude and so incompetetent I would never use them again for anything

OHHH. I feel sad for you! I had such a wonderful experience there and bought both my gown and tiara there.
I actually had the opposite experience as you. I was treated like garbage at Massapequa location so i called and complained to a manager there. After that i called Carle Place and told them my experience. I made an appt and i was treated like gold when i went thwere. They let me prance around the store with the dress i bought for 3 hours and chatted with me and my mom. Maybe you can do as i did.

Personally talking with the manager Christine did nothing to improve the service since all she did was tell me that BR was the # 1 store for bridal apparel on LI and then bring me dresses that contained elements I specifically stated I did NOT want (ie: strapless, asymetrical, over a certain price).

I hate them as well. They did a 'bait and switch' on me when I visited them over the summer. I wouldn't get my dress there for anything. However, others have had great experiences.

Bridal Reflections IS horrible My dress was supposed to be in on November 1st. I'm still waiting and my wedding is in less than 4 months!

I had a Hooooooooooooooooorible experience with the way they altered my dress. It fell off on my wedding day! They are a horrible place, I know lots of people who were very disappointed. If you read my posts, you can see I never spread bad things except when it comes to this horrible store. Stay away!

Christine is horrible! I filed a BBB complaint because of her!
