Probably just the service! My MOH found her dress in the massapequa store and had it transfered to the one in Carle place because the people were a bit more civil to her.

The one in Westbury has a larger selection of higher end dresses. The one in Massapequa has beautiful dresses as well, just not as many on the more expensive side.

The one in Massapequa is supposed to have dress that start at like $1000 and the store in Carle Place starts at about $3000. Only reason I know is cause my sister just bought her dress from the one in Carle Place.

that is true - an employee in Massapequa told me that the dresses in CP start at $3k - if you request a certain dress the CP store can borrow it from Massapequa.

I got my dress from the Carle Place BR for under $3k, so there are always styles available (though not many) or some that may be 'last season' so they are more willing to work with you on price.
I had good experiences at both, but ultimately chose Carle Place over Westbury because it is closer to my home.
(though for some odd reason, my dress had a $250 difference from store to store, I thought that was a little strange).

I didn't find there was much of a difference, but I have to agree that you get treated more like a human being and not just $$, in the Carle Place location.

The Carle Place store has higher prices. My sister found her dress in the Massapequa store and when she went to Carle place it was more expensive for no reason at all.

They gave her the same price Massapequa did in the end.

I bought my dress at the store in Carle Place, and I had some bad experiences dealing with them at the beginning, and even though I was spending a lot of money there they would not give me any discount on my BM dresses. I personally think that Christina (the store manager) is a real snob, and they act like just because everything is so expensive there that they can act like that.

I know that the Westbury one does not carry Maggie Sottero gowns (which is the designer I wanted). We went to the Westbury one to look at BM dresses and the sales women are rude!!

so far i'm having a good experience at the one in massapequa so i decided to leave my gown there rather than have it transferred to carle place, which is down the block from my house. heard too many bad stories about CP location.

I was told that the one in Carle Place has dresses starting at $2000 and up and the one in Massapequa has dresses starting at $1000 and up ( I think the numbers are right). I know the one in Carle Place had more expensive dresses.

The one in Carle Place has more expensive dresses...I've also found them to be a bit on the snotty side...JMO...however I got my dress at the Massapequa Salon and they have been pretty reasonable.
