I went to the one in Massapequa & bought my gown on the spot!
I worked with a wonderful woman - no complaints here!

I ordered my dress from the one in Carle Place as did my sister and they have always been so nice and patient with us every time we've been there!
Hope the same happens to you!

Good luck and have fun! I went there and Krissy (i think) was really good. She kept bringing me dresses, i think i was there for about 1 1/2 hrs.

yes, they told me that the massapequa one has the less expensive dresses, average price at about $1,500ish. The one in Carle Place has dresses only begining at $2,000 and up.

I went there this past Saturday with my BMs for their dresses - the woman was eh, so so. She wasn't great but she wasn't terrible. We ended up getting the BMs dresses there though.

I am in a wedding and the bridesmaids dresses were ordered from BR in massapequa. Out of 10 girls 5 of us could barely breathe in the dress and one couldnt zip it . Um yea I think they need to learn how to measure alittle better. Alterations were a nightmare all the seamstress ever says is oh that looks beautiful even though you are turning blue from not being able to breathe. When I went there for my second fitting (yea for a bm dress totally redic). They were sewing my dress while I waited for an hour and a half!! Mind you I had the appot for 3 weeks! The one girl that couldnt zip her dress they made her buy an extra panel of material that cost her $75 then they wanted to charge her another $75 for extra alterations so she took the dress else where..guess what all they had to do was let it out and it fit her! And bridal reflections couldn't figure this out??I would never get any thing from them ever again...on a side note the bride got her dress from the one in Carle Place and she had no problems.
