I went there this past Saturday with my BMs for their dresses - the woman was eh, so so. She wasn't great but she wasn't terrible. We ended up getting the BMs dresses there though.

I was there this past Saturday too. My friend was looking for BM dresses. We had zero service. We did everything ourselves (including getting a dressing room since we ended up standing and waiting for 10 mins). We finally got some clips halfway through our try-ons. Needless to say, my friend won't be buying her dresses from there.

the carry tons of dresses and if you don't see something and tey have it at the other store, they can ship them between stores for you
i only looked at bm dresses there and it seemed like the massap. store had more than the carle place one

yes, they told me that the massapequa one has the less expensive dresses, average price at about $1,500ish. The one in Carle Place has dresses only begining at $2,000 and up.
Yeah, but I told her my price range was 2500 and she told me they didn't really have anything around there! I really had the worst experience there, but some people had good ones. its tough and it depends on who you deal with!

Thats strange... i went there to look at bm dresses too. I told them some specific dresses i wanted to look at and they got them for me and brought me into the fitting room. Then the girl asked what I was looking for, kinda saw from my selection and just kept bringing us (me & moh) dresses that were in the style we wanted. Maybe I got lucky and ended up with one of the helpful ones...but either ways, they were able to show me what are now my top 3 dress picks so i'm happy

i had the same experience at carle place...they didn't rush me and were very helpful. i didnt even up buying my dress though...but ill probably go back to look at bms dresses. hope u have a good time!

Be careful! they ordered me the wrong size dress when I was a BM (two sizes too small!!!) and accused me of gaining weight!!

Same here. I spent 3 hours there and they even went to the massapequa store to get a dress for me to try on WHILE I was in the store!!!

I worked with Darnelle too! She was the sweetest person ever and she found my dress! She was as excited as my mom was for me when I decided to get it. I had a great experience at Bridal Reflections - although I am not getting my bm dresses there.

This happened to me too. Massapequa told me they have no dresses in this price range and Carle Place told me they had few, but Massapequa has more???
