Re: Bridal Reflections
I'm going to the NYC one on Sat. I bought my MOH dress at the one in Massapequa. Basically the difference is in the dresses they carry.
NYC is the most expensive, then Carle Place I think, then Massapequa. Thats what the woman on the phone told me.

This is right. Massapequa carries some lower priced dresses than carle place and nyc.

Re: Bridal Reflections
they do have different dresses because I wanted to come back and try on the sample of my dress again and they had to see if it was still in the store, it might have been requested to one of their other stores.

I know they also share samples. There are times where I wanted to see my dress and it was in another store.

They do carry different dresses. I wanted to try on a specific Ines di Santo gown but it was in the NYC store, so they brought it out to the Carle Place store for me to try on. They were very accomodating like that.

Re: Bridal Reflections
Any recommendation to go to the Massapequa vs the Carle place location?

Re: Bridal Reflections
I think the massapequa store had better customer service. I bought my gown at the carle place store and while they treated me very well during the purchasing process, after my dress came in I had an issue with them not honoring something that was CLEARLY on my contract. The manager was yelling, YELLING at me while I couldnt understand if my contract says one thing, how could they try and tell me something else.
Anywhoo, I went to massapequa to alter my dress. While they were pleasant and tried to make nice for the problems given to me by the carle place store the seamstress ultimately messed up the alterations.
In the end, my friends who married after me, did not go to any bridal reflection stores and had great service through in other bridal shoppes.

Interesting. The one in Massapequa had the ball$ to tell my best friend to come back on a MONDAY if she wanted to try more dresses. This was after she tried on like 3 dresses!!!!!!

Yes they do. It depends on your budget. from affordable to higher end : MAssapequa , Carle Place and NYC. They can bring you certain samples from their diff. locations. I went to all 3 of them, and had a great experience in all 3 of them.

How strict are they on giving you a time limit in the store when trying on dresses? I'll be going on a weekend.
