Bridal Reflections

Anyone have alterations done there? Any recommendations of Massapequa over Carle Place?

* So I just called the Carle Place location. They put me on hold 3x and each time for a longer amount of time and each time they picked up I asked the same question and they seemed like they didn't want to help me...

SO I am definitely not going to waste my time...

Now to find someone who will alter my dress without a problem

I have had them done in the Massapequa store and honestly the seamstress really rocked what I need to get done...

I am super specific and don't want to look like I have bigger boobs than I do and had 4 million requests in regards to the waist and she nailed it ...and I have only had to go twice....

My gown is from the Massapequa location. I have been a BM at the Carle Place location and the alteration process was miserable, but it might not be the same seamstress who does bridal. This is also going back about 4 years.

All in all I've heard good and bad things about both locations for bridal alterations.... sorry, I'm sure this doesn't help much.

Did you buy your dress there? I didn't and I am afraid they are going to charge me an insane amount of money...all I need to do is have it hemmed..well I guess cut actually, since its all tulle..

yeah i did....if they qoute you what you feel is crazy...fm me i know one of our brides just went to a seamstress that apparently did a good job on her alterations...
