Bridal Reflections

My cousin gave us the info about the BM dresses for her wedding... I just wanted the lowdown about Bridal Reflections... is there someone there that is awful? someone awesome?

I got my BM dresses, FG dress & MIL dress there.

FG Dress was @ the Carle Place location....perfection they did a GREAT job, dress was perfection and were awesome w/a cranky 2 1/2 yr old

MIL Dress was @ the Massapequa location....from what she told me they were awesome w/her and her dress was beautiful and looked great on her. I went with her to pick it out & I thought they were lovely

BM / MOH Dress was @ Massapequa too. I was very annoyed w/them. I found that 2 of the woman were VERY rude but both convos were over the phone so I dont know who they were. My only MAJOR complaint is that I called the in Feb and told them to order the dresses (I had one BM that was being difficult and wasnt going in to get measured) they said fine, I thought we were set. Come March I get a phone call from them saying that I need to order the dresses b/c we were running out of time Well I told them I gave the go ahead a month ago. They checked the file and it seems that they wrote in my file to order the dresses, they just never did it.
Oh and.......they never called me when the dresses actually came in.

All in all I give them, as a whole, B+
