Hey Ladies..I'm up to trying to make appointments for bridesmaids dresses. Anybody know anything about Bridal Reflections? Which location is better to go to, Massapequa or Carle Place/Westbury? How much did anybody pay for their bridesmaids dresses here? How was the customer service? Any info you could share would be appreciated. Thanks!!

The Massapequa location has dresses ranging from $1500-6000. This is the closest location to me and I am not looking to spend any more than that amount so that's where I made my appointment. Call well ahead bc they book up quickly, even on weeknights. Sadly I had to cancel tonight's appointment bc the FH is in the hospital. You have to cancel within 24 hours or else they will charge your credit card $50 but they were very compassionate to my situation and said that when I am ready to rebook the appointment they will do their best to accommodate me.

I've been to the carle place location tog et a BM dress for my friends wedding and the customer service was atrocious.

my BMs got their dresses in Carle Place and the Customer serivce was OK. Nothing spectacular and nothing Terrible. The dresses came out perfect they were a little pricy, a little over 200 with tax, but i did pick a more expensive designer for them. I honestly cant complain about the place.
Massapequa on the other hand where i got my gown, was not always a good experiance between the customer serivce, alterations etc. but im not sure how they are for Bridesmaids.

speaking from experince, i would not subject your bridesmaids to the carle place location. they are over priced and its left a bad taste in my mouth.

massapequa store is much better!!! carle place they are over priced and stuck up...even the massapequa store isn't a fan of their carle place people

i got my gown and bridesmaids dresses @ massapequa everything was great but I had alterations done @ Carle place i was happy w/ both places

I heard the Massapequa one is better.Both places have different price ranges bc of the designers they carry. I forget which one is more expensive.

I responded on 2012 board w/ my Bridal Reflections experience. If you and your girls can get to the city, I recommend going to RK Bridal, they have a HUGE selection of bridesmaid dresses. They have the most dresses I have seen in one store.

I went to massapequa and same issue.. and they aren't nice... and their prices are very high even when you consider alterations!!

I went like 2 weeks ago with My Maid Of Honor just to get ideas and They let us try on as many dresses as we wanted they let me and her even just share the room. They are way too busy and I do not think I am going to concider going there for my girls dresses. I feel like they will misplace information. Its so busy in there I dont know how they can have 1 girl do 2 appointments. Plus the designer I want for my MAID of Honors-- Bridal Reflections now has it I have to do a huge search now

go to massapequa. also if you are going on te weekend. be prepared for it to be packed to the max. i brought my bridesmaids and omg you could barely move. also call like a week or 2 in advance (seriously). but honestly it was worth it in the end.
but also note that they have some dresses at each store. and send them back and forth. you might have to go to the other one to see a similar dress.
