anyone know what the alteration cap is at bridal reflections? and how much the bustle runs? TIA!

Bustles depend on how complicated they are. I THINK she said most are around $95 but can go up to $250ish.
That cap sounded right for alterations over. It does NOT include bustles.

This sounds about right. I got my gown there and this sounds similar to what they told me. Though they made sure to let me know that my bustle (French) would likely cost closer to $250
I think the alteration cap is either $450-$500.
