Hi! I went to Bridal Reflections in Carle Place today and had a good experience. I tried on this amazing Eve of Milady dress that I think is *the one.* It's an A-Line dress made of silk duchess satin. It has capped fitted sleeves. I can't seem to find it on her website. I found other ones I tried on listed on the site. The style # I was given was style #39. The bridal consultant, Maddy, claimed I wouldn't find this dress in any store. Does anyone find this weird? Thanks!

Re: Bridal Reflections and Eve of Milady
I would find it strange since Eve of Milady is a popular designer and many salons carry her line. You should try to find a pic of the dress on The Knot or
Yes, sounds weird. There are tons of stores that carry Eve of Milady. My dress is an eve of Milady and I got it at Bridal Suite in Huntington. If you want to price it out the best thing to do is to go to the Eve of Milady website, find the dress and style number off of there, and call around. That's what I did. Just contact several salons and ask for a quote. You will more than likely get a better price. Bridal Suite in Huntington, for example, came in $200 less for me. Good Luck!

Definitely sounds weird. You should be able to find the dress in other salons. I don't think that is the style number so don't go by that. The web site is new, its only been up for a few months and does not have all the dresses. My gown is not on the site. I got my gown at RK Bridal-they have a good selection. One store that I remember that also had a good selection of Eve was The Bridal Plaza in Elmont. Good luck.

The sales person might have said that because she might be afraid you'll find it cheaper in another salon.
If I see it in any of my mags I'll let you know.
I like Bridal Reflections, too, though. I got a BM dress there for a wedding I was in, and wish I had my dress altered there, too. I live in the Bronx and I thought it would be easier to have it altered up by me. I paid twice the alteration fee and it looked horrible on me : ( Live & Learn. But BR were very nice when I ordered the BM dress.

I don't think that is true - her gowns are not exclusive of Bridal Reflections
Go to her website and send them an email or call them and see if the designer can help you find it elsewhere -

Re: Bridal Reflections and Eve of Milady
There are lots of stores that carry Eve of Milady, but I do think they carry some that no other stores do. I had found a dress I loved there, and they were the only store that had it. I went to Flowerama, Lillettes, Boneventure, RK Bridal and a few others and no one had it! So I think there might be some truth to that.....

I got my Eve Of Milady dress at Bridal Suite in Centereach. Just thought I would share in case you wanted to check that place out. If you do, ask for Debbie. She was so helpful!
