OK it was the most DIFFICULT process to just get an appointment with them. First I had to call the store. They said they would call back to schedule an appointment. The store called back last night @ 7pm while I was out to dinner with a client. I could barely hear what they say but I told them I wanted an early appointment on October 20th. I heard them confirm but I couldn't hear the time. I call back today to confirm the time bc I couldn't hear the lady last night. There was NO RECORD of my appointment. They made me call the NYC store to make an appointment for Carle Place.
Is it me or is this a sign that this place has no idea what's going on???? I can only imagine what it's like to buy my dress there.

Re: Bridal Reflections Carle Place RANT
i went there on whim during a lunch break to look for shoes and a veil and was really put off by their attitude... not to say they wont have the perfect dress but if you are looking for impeccable customer service? i'd look elsewhere

sorry to hear about that. I have been warned by many to not even bother with them. One of my friends had a huge blow out with the manager because they were trying to charge extra for something that was already on the contract. The manager was yelling at my friend meanwhile she couldn't understand how it could be different if the contract states otherwise. Meanwhile she paid 7k for her dress!!!!! (not that it should matter even if she payed $500) She had her gown altered in Massapequa and they were a bit nicer. Funny thing she said they were great in the beginning up until there was an issue...

I've heard the Massapequa location is much better to deal with.
Really? I've heard bad things about that location... A friend of mine went dress shopping there, told them her budget and they were just kinda giving her whatever they had lying around to try on, BUT then a girl came in with a much larger budget than her and they asked her to leave the store...thats right they asked her to leave the store so they could allow another customer to have free reign over the dresses.... I would never shop there.

wow...now I am freaking out. I bought my dress there and thought my experience was okay. i went once and found it (they totally worked with my budget) and then went back with my mom, her husband and brother) and they let them come by the mirrors to see me.. I wound up buying my Maggie from them...no questions asked.
hmmmm....

Re: Bridal Reflections Carle Place RANT
I LOVED my experience with the one in Carle Place. The woman that was helping me was SOOO patient and I actually bought a dress and then called the next day and canceled the order, came back in, tried on MORE dresses and bought a completely different dress and they just used my credit towards that. I guess it's just who is working when you are there- the other girls did seem a bit snotty, but the woman that worked with me (Her name was Nawel... sounds like Noelle but is spelled different) was amazing!!!
