Bridal Reflections in Massapequa

Has anyone used them or known anyone who used them? What was their experience?? I am a nervous WRECK because I had chosen them for my bridesmaid dresses over a month ago- one of my girls was hinting strongly that she wanted me to go with this other company because she said they price matched, but usually you had to book your flowers with them to recieve a discount, which I didn't want to do, so I stuck to my guns. So a month later I am still after the girls to get their measurements and the one girl who liked the other place tells me last night how horrible Bridal Reflections is, she told them off for her wedding and she knows so many horror stories about how dresses weren't in on time for the wedding, etc etc. So of course, my stomach is totally in knots. I felt like saying, and why didn't you tell me this last month?? Ya know? But I have been under so much stress lately, I know I would have cracked, so I just kept quiet and listened and she told 2 other friends (not in the BP) about how horrible the place is. Sooooooooooooooooooooo....anyone who knows ANYTHING about the one in Massapequa, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me what you think. Thanks so much

I am using them for everything-my gown, my BMs and MOH dresses, my MOB dress. They have been nothing but professional and helpful with me. I know some people have not had good experiences there, but I have been treated very well by all of the staff there.

Well, I haven't used them yet for my BMs but I plan on it. I haven't heard anything bad about them. Try doing a search on here...maybe you can find some reviews. I bought my gown there and I have had a wonderful experience so far. I have been in several times just to try it on and they have been so helpful. They take them time to put on different veils and headpieces. This really surprised me because I had already bought my gown so its not as if they were trying to get anything from me. One time I was in the BM store and had an urge to show my girls my gown so they went and got it and helped me put it on. If you are worried just make sure the dresses are ordered in plenty of time that way if something does happen, there is time to fix it. Good luck!

I ordered my dress with them and they were very nice so far. I'm also going to order my BM dresses with them next month. It's kind of early to tell, but I went to both locations and I preferred the Massapequa location, I felt less pressure to buy.

I ordered my gown and 4 bm's dresses from there and not one of them came in late or wrong. They actually came in early. Sometimes they can be a bit snippy when you call, BUT i have not had one problem with them yet. They even save the extra material from your BM's alterations without asking them to use so you can wrap bouquets. Comparing them to other places I have been too, even with their occasional snippy one, they have the best customer service yet.

I am using them for my gown. I've found them to be great so far, they have been really helpful and nice anytime that I've had to call or deal with them. My dress came in about 2 months early then they had originally said and I'm going for my first fitting next weekend!!!

I was in a BP last summer and we got our dresses at the Massapequa location. We had no problems with them.

I got my gown in Carle Place and my BMs in Massapequa. - They have been nothing but nice and extremely helpfull . My cousin was married in March and raved about them - her sister (who was the MOH) is in my BP so when I took her for the BM gowns all of the women were like 'Hi Mary How are you ? How was Vanessa's wedding ? blah blah' - very sweet and professional.

I got my gown at BR @ Mass and they have been great!! I had my 1st fitting with them on Wed. I didn't get my BM dreeses there and now I am regretting it. We went with Macy's Bridal Salon instead I hate them Oh well

Thank you everyone for your responses. You have definitely put my mind at ease. In addition to that, I stopped in there 2x this week to go with friends to get their measurements. Just decided to pop in as well and make sure everything went well and they were soooooooooooooooooo nice and I really feel comfortable. :) Yay! Thanks again girls!
