I liked Christine...young, but very helpful. do a search on them, girls have posted (good and bad) on them before. they also have a location in carle place.

I ordered my dress there and I had Laina work with me. They are not as experienced as they should be, but if you find the right gown for you, it's worth the visit. There was a much older woman at the front desk (can't remember her name). Maybe you can request her if you don't want someone who's very young.

I had an older woman (Darnell?), she was awful.

I had a big book of dresses and she pulled dresses that were nothing like what I wanted.

my friend got her dress there - they ordered her the wrong size.....but thats a different story!

also Rose is very experienced- she has been there a long time - mayeb 10 years or more.
I told her what Iiked - showed her pictures and she brougt out some great dresses - I actually got a dress that I never would have even tried on without her - once I got it on it was perfect!

Re: bridal reflections in massapequa

i just went on saturday - i had an okay experience. i feel like she was trying to rush me to order 'in case they discontinued' at the same time she was basically telling me i was too early!

also - when i told her i didnt want strapless she basically didnt bring me any dresses! i tried on the one dress from jasmine that i saw online. . . and then i expected her to get more dresses for me and she was like ok what now? my mom, cousin and sister had to literally take dresses that other girls finished trying on and give them to me to try on! she didnt get a single dress from downstairs for me - even after i explained what i wanted! it was so odd - i only got to try on stuff that happened to be laying around! i mean she said that 99% of her dresses were strapless - but if they have the whole jasmine line there are plenty of dresses there that she could have showed me - unfortunately i got overwhelmed and didnt speak up!

i am going back to Lillette's next time - they have the dress I want and the bridesmaid dresses I want . . . and the lady Pat brought me like 20 dresses after I told her what I wanted - she never once mentioned that i was too early. . . and actually took pictures out of her purse to show me a certain dress!

I did. but I forgot the woman's name. She was a bit older, Mary Lou, maybe. She was extremely helpful and knew exactly what kind of dress would accent my body best and she was incredibly helpful. I ended up ordering my dress from BR in Carle Place though. My attendant was very helpful as well, her name is Dana

I had a better experience with the Carle place location...

At Massapequa- the salegirl didn't see to know the dresses to well and I left there felong like I had wasted my time.

I sent you FM on my experience, but I also think it's always worth checking out a store for yourself. Different people have different experiences with people. I'd be more concerned if there were a lot of negatives about dresses coming in on time and poor alterations a la another bridal salon that is often mentioned on here. You may get a great response from someone that maybe I or another girl on here had a bad experience with.

I did not have such a good experience there, I felt very rushed, but everyone has a different experience...it's worth it!

Re: bridal reflections in massapequa

i was in there with 2 of my bridesmaids looking at dresses for them and they just pointed me in the direction of the dresses. nobody ever came over to see if we needed any help or had any questions. needless to say we left and are ordering the dresses somewhere else!

Re: bridal reflections in massapequa

btw - i had a great experience in the bridesmaid salon in massapequa - they let us take over the dressing room and try on TONS of dresses - we had a great time. . .

and the mother of the bride/groom store was great too - the lady was really nice and my mom will probably go back there when its time to get her dress
