yea, a lot of places can be snippy on the phone but you never know what you get in person, I too had a great experience with them.

Carle Place is much better than Massapequa. When I went to Massapequa, the lady that helped me was terrible. She had this 'vision' of what would look good on me. So, she only pulled dresses that she wanted me to try on.

I was not thrilled with the service I got there, so I decided to go elsewhere. I know a bride who got everything there and was very pleased so I guess you never know.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with them. I got my dress there and they were nothing but wonderful and helpful

Sorry to hear that. I have an appointment with them on Sunday but the few times I've spoken to them so far, they have been really nice and helpful.

I had such a great experience with them, especially when I called 5 times b/c I was lost.
They also were so sweet when I tried my dress on and reall worked with me to make it perfect!
maybe someone was just having a bad day?

They were nasty when I called too. Every other single place I called told me if they had a dress in stock, but not Bridal Reflections, they told me they 'didn't have time for this' and hung up. And it was at like 1 PM on a Tuesday!

I got my dress and bm dresses from the one in Carle Place....I found the side with wedding dresses to be much better and accomodating. The girls who work on the bm side are very young and a tad unprofessional in my opinion. But my dresses came in and look great, so I guess I really can't complain.

I was in a wedding last summer and we got our dresses there. My dress was fine but some other girls had some issues -- uneven straps, train wasn't removed, seams showing...
Luckily the bride gave a wedding date 1 week prior to the real date so they had some time to fix their problems. (I highly recomend doing that!! I know I am going to). Still didn't seem that great to work with.

sorry to hear about your experience I haven't worked with them on BMs but with my gown, Nicole has been too amazing for words. I hope it all works out!
