Re: Bridal Reflections NYC
They were OK. Nothing to brag about.
I made an appt. Got there like 10 to 15 minutes early. They made me wait for 50 minutes past my appt time, not including the early time I got there, to see someone. I never complained... even though there were a group of girls sitting and chit chatting at the register. Instead we entertained ourselves and some of the BM's tried on dresses on their own. Mind you.. there was only ONE OTHER BRIDE IN THE STORE!
So anyway when I FINALLY Get called to go try on dresses it's almost an hour after my appt was for! Ok so I go and try on a few (not more than 5...def less) dresses. Then I was standing on the podium with a dress that I really liked on... and all of a sudden it just sounded really quiet... so I commented something like 'wow,it's so quiet in here'... the sales girl QUICKLY replied while looking at her watch 'That's because we are technically closed.. since whatever time'. She was kinda rude too. So I felt bad and appologized, quickly took off the dress and left. Then I thought about it.. and the more I thought the more pissed I got at the whole situation! They LEFT ME WAITING FOR ALMOST AN HOUR THEN HAD THE NERVE TO SAY SOMETHIGN TO ME IN A RUDE TONE ABOUT BEING CLOSED??? ESP CONSIDERING I NEVER COMPLAINED! I found that to be not so nice customer service! Between the making me wait wile there was only 1 bride in there and all other girls were fooling around by the register then to make a comment to me as if it's my fault I was there past closing! NOT COOL!
AND TO TOP IT OFF... no one ever even appologized to me for making me wait so long!
Other than that they were OK.

The NY office did that? I know the Carle Place location tends to have funny girls like that
