So I know it's all a personal preference on who had a better experience where. But I do remember hearing that each salon differs in price ranges, Massapequa being the lowest, followed by Carle Place then NYC. But is it true that each store holds different types of dresses? I'm almost positive that I want a decent amount of beading on my dress, is the Carle Place location best for that? I don't plan on going to the NYC location so I'm really deciding between the two LI ones. Should I go to both or just choose one (which I'd rather do)? Anyone have any thoughts or opinions on this? TIA!!

Re: Bridal Reflections Question
I went to the one in Massapequa. While I didn't have the best of experiences there, I did find my gown there and it has A LOT of detailing. It's an Eve of Milady (pics in album). So I found the gown there, but am getting it elsewhere.

Re: Bridal Reflections Question
I think you should base it on budget. Each store carries a wide range of dresses with all different types of detailing.
I went to Carle Place, and so far I have had a very pleasant experience. Ask for Christina or Noelle. if you go there.
Also, if another store carries a dress you want to try on, they will bring it to wherever you are going....for example, my dress was only in the NYC store, but for my appointment they sent it out to Carle Place so I didn't have to travel into the city.

Re: Bridal Reflections Question
Yes. Carle Place, I feel, had a wider array of wedding dresses, while Massapequa had a wider array of MOB dresses. Also, Carle Place has a Jim Hjelm BM dresses, while Massapequa does not. If you know the dress you are looking for, call ahead and see if they have it.
HTH! Good luck!!!

Re: Bridal Reflections Question
I called Mass. to make an apt there first, after they asked me my style type and price range she wanted me to go to the NYC place but i said no cause i was already going to Klienfelds in Aug. So i went to the Carle Place one, and ended up with my dress from there. Yes the stores are set up in that order, Mass, Carle Place then NYC

Re: Bridal Reflections Question
If you are looking for specific designers call and see which store carries them. Sometimes one store has a designer that the other doesn't, or more of a designer.

Re: Bridal Reflections Question
my 2 FSIL both purchased their dresses from the Carle Place location and they are very picky about who they use for clothing and who they selected for their dress. (So am I -- it is not a bad thing!).
They had amazing things to say and both looked incredible on their wedding days.

Re: Bridal Reflections Question
I got my dress at the Carle Place location. I would say to start there and if you cant find anything then take a trip into the city.

Re: Bridal Reflections Question
I went to all 3 locations...I didnt have the greatest experience with the one in Mass...I felt that they werent giving me what I wanted and they didnt have a large selection of the styles that I was interested in...I went to the one in NYC and found a dress that I loved...they brought it to the one in Carle Place for me which was nice. I didnt end up getting anything from there but I did have a nice experience at the Carle Place and NYC location
