Bridal Reflections: the horror continues...

I just spoke to the manager at Bridal Reflections. The situation gets worse! She has to see my dress to determine what happened, and my dress has already been preserved. She refused to pay for the preservation. I have professional pictures (and a professional video) showing my dress fall ingapart and she will not see or view those. Not only did this place upset me every time I went for a fitting, they refuse to refund me for a dress that fell apart.

My mother in law also called to try to help me and explain since she knows about sewing and saw the state of my dress firsthand, and the woman said she was 'abusive' and hung up on her.

I am so worked up, mad, upset, and don't know what to do

If I could get people to do it, don't think I wouldn't!

I am normally a laid back, let things go, be grateful kind of person and this place had me bawling TWICE before my wedding, upset the day of, and here I am crying again.

I would tell them about liweddings and let me know this may affect their business if they dont fix the problem.

It may work. Think of how many views you have had on this subject.

I wouldnt go there after hearing your story.

My former boss's sister bought her bridal gown from the one on Carle Place and when it came in it STUNK from curry! They even admitted that it smelled awful. they told her they would take care of it, but when she went back it still smelled. They said there's nothing they could or would do about it and it's not their responsibility.

so she walked out. she didn't pay them the balance due and got her dress somewhere else.

no, she didn't get anything back. I think they tried to take her to small claims court but she won.

My former boss talked her into doing what she did (smart move!). She told her that if she kept that dress she would not be able to fully enjoy herself on her wedding day because she would be worried about the smell. I don't blame her... that's disgusting!
