Sorry you had a bad experience. I got my BM dresses from Macy*s in Manhasset also!!

Although I didn't order from them, the ladies in the bridesmaid department of the Massapequa store were VERY friendly. They even knew I wasn't ordering from them!

Good For You! Even better you got the lower price! You should send a letter to them to let them know that their poor service is unacceptable especially in such a competitive bridal market.
absolutely.....for our gowns.....very helpful...then in the bm dept...they totally ignore u! as if we're not spending enough money...

That's great for you! Unfortunately for me, my gown is ordered and I have to deal with their horrible attitudes until my wedding day

i bought my gown there and had a great experience - they accepted a lower quote i found somewhere else and dana was great! they told me however in the BM dept (where the girls are awful) that you didn't automatically get a discount for BM dresses and it depended on how many girls you had and how much you spent on a gown! I spent 4k on my gown and thought it was ridiculous that it depended on that - i got the BM dresses elsewhere - i have never heard of that kind of policy from a bridal salon!
