they are expensive. when i first started looking i called them. i asked them if they had dresses in all prices ranges and the girl told me-'dont bother coming in here if you dont plan on spending AT LEAST $1500'...so i didnt bother. at least they were honest.

Good Luck

I got my gown in Carle Place, and my BM's and Mom's gown in Massapequa......I liked the staff and seamstress @ the Massapequa store better...I bought my gown during a trunk show (the reason for using 2 locations.....) ..Looking back I wish I would have taken my gown to the Massapequa store for alterations........They were perfectly nice at the Carle Place store, but really went above and beyond in Massapequa.
Go and check it out -
I will tell you that they are $$$, but totally worth it, IMO

Sure they are expensive but nobody forces anybody to buy a dress there. One always have the option of walking out.

Re: BRIDAL REFLECTIONS(WESTBURY)

I went to the Bridal Reflections in Massapequa and had a good experience, but for convenience I tried the Carle Place location and was discouraged. I specifically dealt with a manager and she was IMO less then professional. I work in retail and still believe highly in amazing customer service and that is not what I found there. I will not go into crazy detail (it involves how she spoke about other brides while she was helping me get my gown on, among other things.. FM if you want specifics) , but I decided to spend my $$$ elsewhere. I found the perfect dress while I was there and just could not justify spending well over $3000 in a place where even the manager was acting like I was doing her a favor. Whenever anyone asks for my opinion of this particular shop I say.. 'go to Kleinfelds.' It is well worth the trip into the city for the sound mind, not to mention they offered me a discount on both the dress and matching veil (which alone was $800).
