Re: BRIDAL REFLECTIONS(WESTBURY)
I did not have the greatest experience with them. When I went it was a complete madhouse! It was packed with people, everyone was yelling they were so behind with their app'ts it was just crazy. I think I just went on a bad night though, b/c alot of girls on here have had a good experience. Go check it out you have nothing to lose

My personal experience has been awful, and they are expensive. Do a search and see what everyone has to say.

Re: BRIDAL REFLECTIONS(WESTBURY)
I got my gown and girls gowns at the one in Massapequa and I think they are so professional and nice. I did once go to the Carle PLace one and I didnt find it to be as nice and helpful. They were alittle snotty. But I LOVE Massapequa. The women at in the brides sections are so GREAT!!!

Re: BRIDAL REFLECTIONS(WESTBURY)
I have NOTHING but POSITIVE things to say about Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. The salesperson treated me and my family with respect and sensitivity. They were able to get the designer of my dress to knock off about $700+ off the price of my dress. The manager couldn't have been more helpful in this area. They searched high and low to find a dress that addressed my need to cover a strategically placed tattoo - not an easy task. They were able to get the designer of my headpiece to knock off $100 off the price. They were accommodating when I had to make an appointment three months in advance for my nieces because their father only sees them every other weekend. During that appointment, the salesperson helped us and couldn't do more to make us happy. For ALL of my bridesmaids, they took some money off their dresses which may not be a lot but they didn't have to. When I lost my receipt for my dress and headpiece during my recent move, they quickly sent me a new one with no problems whatsoever.
Word of advice, if you go on a weekend, EXPECT it to be busy. I took a day off and went during the week. My adult BP members went after work during the week. My nieces had to go on a Saturday but it was just us and another bridal party there for that appointment. If you have a bridal party of a gazillion people, of cours it will be crowded. The bridesmaid area isnt very large. To some they may be expensive but nobody will make you buy anything unless you want to. Just plan.

Re: BRIDAL REFLECTIONS(WESTBURY)
I'm getting my gown and bm's dresses there.. Bridal Reflections was very accomadating to want I wanted. They gave me a huge discount from a trunk show gown and I pretty much designed my dress from two gowns. My bm's were able to get a discount on their dresses too. I find BR to be very helpful everytime I call. I've been there on weekends and I didn't have to wait long. As far as their prices, I think their prices are the same as they would be anywhere else if your buying a designer dress.

I had a great experience with them. In fact my veil wasn't through them and they steamed it for me. When I got it home I realized it was torn. I was freaking out, but I called them and they fixed it for me in one day. Even though it wasn't their merchandise, they took the responsibility and fixed it at noc harge. Now, you could argue that they ripped it, but who knows? Either way, excellent service and they took off $500 on my gown.

Re: BRIDAL REFLECTIONS(WESTBURY)
Considering that I live in Staten Island, I dont mind driving out to Carle Pl to get to Bridal Reflections. I have nothing but positive things to say about them.. The service is professional and the staff is very friendly. I ordered my gown from them and Im very happy I did. I guess it all depends on when you go.. Try to go on a weekday when it is not that busy.

Re: BRIDAL REFLECTIONS(WESTBURY)
I had a great experience there. I went once on a weekday and once on a weekend to try on dresses and both times I found them to be nice, helpful and organized. I've called with questions since ordering my dress and have always been treated with the utmost of respect. I'm going in two weeks with my girls to order bm dresses.

Unfortunately i have to disagree with what the majority of people are saying here. I LOVE THEM! I bought my gown from them and they were nothing but nice and professional. I went on a week day so it was not packed-isuggest you do the same becuase it is a small place. The reason why i have nothing but good things to say about them is because when i went dress shopping the first time i went to the one in Massapequa and left their crying. I was so uposet becuase my first experience shouldn't of been this way. So I called the place and cpomplained. They were so rude and nasty! One week later I went to the one in Carle Place and was treated like gold. Iwas with my Bridal consultant for 3 and a half hours. Now thats good treatment!

I bought my gown at Carle Place and received nothing but great service. My girls are getting their BM gowns there as well, and they received nothing but great service as well.

Re: BRIDAL REFLECTIONS(WESTBURY)
My sister got married in 03 we got the BM dresses there. It was an unmitigated disaster. Rude serive, gowns in totally wrong sizes, incometent seamstress, a BURNED gown 2 nights before the wedding, went back a few hours later to a TWO-TONE gown....they finally fixed it somehow...but it was NOT worth the stress.

Re: BRIDAL REFLECTIONS(WESTBURY)
I alos want to say, you don't know until you have the dress in your hands. All of this happenned when we were trying to picjk the gowns up. AND when we had a BM with a burned gown they were complaining that it was clsing time and they had to go home.
Once vendors have your $$ they sing a different tune, so don't give 100% stock to anyone's review until they have the finsihed product in hand. That goes for any vendor

Re: BRIDAL REFLECTIONS(WESTBURY)
In their defense, between myself and my BP, they have almost $2000 and those are just deposits. They continue to do right by me each and every time I call or go in. Though I would agree that I could not give a whole-hearted review until I walk out with my dress, headpiece and BP attire.
