Bridal Show @ Jones Beach

It`s at the Boardwalk Restaurant doors open from 11:00-3:00. Free Hot & Cold buffet for all/ Live band & DJ performance & a fasion show. Free admision & parking. (I just saw the advert in the Pennysaver)

Questions...

I have never been to one of these bridal shows, but being that this is right near my house, I may want to attend. Is it worth attending if I already have my dress, DJ, photographer, etc...but not flowers or invitations? Thanks so much

Unfortunately this is one won`t be so good...

Too bad it`s one of those shows by North Shore ...see what you think, but the shows that my friends and I have been to with this company are pretty Low End in terms of the venders they have...compared to the ones we`ve been to at the better catering halls.

What do you mean they are low end? The quality of stuff or just the whole thing?

Unfortunately this is one won`t be so good...

She`s saying that the volume of vendors isn`t that great, but it`s still worth going because it can be entertaining and educational if you`re really into planning. There`s also alot of giveaways. Plus it`s free. Most of the other sponsored Bridal Expo`s charge admission (up to $10.00), so I think that`s a pretty good deal. A word of warning - the guy who promotes the fashion show (owner of Commack Wedding Center) is very booorring and very obnoxious but it`s still worth going. I`m married 2 years in March and I would go again if I had Sunday free (just to see what`s new in the industry). Not everyone`s opinion is the right one, you be the judge.
