He said keep in mind that they are making tons of food for a lot of people, so they would probably not put a lot of effort into it. Also, a lot of those people aren't going to book for the Swan Club, they are just there for free food.
Ummmm - aren't they SUPPOSED to be doing that?!?!?!
Yes they are supposed to do lots of food for the max of 2 events. How many ppl do you think were there that night? If you were to count the max for the Garden and the Camelot that is a max of 390 ppl. I am sure that the Swan Club had much more than that. on Thursday night. So I don't think it is so outrageous to think that maybe they were off in the food dept based on the number of ppl that attended.

Re: BRIDAL SHOWCASE...
I went to the bridal showcase and I had a blast! I met another couple who is getting married there in august and they gave me and fh some great ideas and tips. I'm a little put off by what some of you are saying happened to you that night. I absolutely love the Swan Club and I have never been treated rudely and I thought the food was excellent. I had never met Michael and Jordana introduced me and fh to him and he was very pleasant and professional. I do however feel that If I was treated rudely it might make me want to book somewhere else or move my wedding to another place. Anyway, I'm just trying to post the positive experiences that I have had there for others who might read this thread and be intimidated by some of the negative stuff that's been posted. I really think the SC is great.

i liked all of the food except the seafood newberg... but thats bc i dont like fishy tasting stuff... someone sitting next to me despised the eggplant... lol i didnt try it so i cant comment on that.... i thought the beef stroganoff was awesome and hawaiian chicken is great too...
just an FYI to those that booked way back when, they changed the menu and arent offering as much as they did... also took off filet mignon.,.. spoke to them there and they said they would honor the old menu since thats what we booked with...
I dont really think they are offering much less. The only thing I really noticed was that on the passed hor'devers there was a few less. Some of the descriptions have changed but for the most part everything was the same.
As for the filet mignon, chateaubriand is typically that. It's just about the way it's cut.

I didn't get a change to taste that much food to give an opinion, with the exception of the cakes...I too say that the red velvet cake was out of this world...All the cakes were good, but the red velvet was like 'OMG' good!! What kind of filling was used on that? It tasted like cheesecake...Does anyone know?
