I didn't see the van, but I got a LIW tote bag and mug and spoke briefly with one of the reps that was at the LIW table. I didn't get her name, but she was really nice - she showed me how to create guest lists and seating charts.

Re: Bridal Showcase at Oheka Castle
Posted by Hallowedding We told him we were at Fox Hollow, and he 'offered' to 'help us out' as well. He kept pressuring us to book, and said something to the effect of 'My work is so amazing, ask (the woman who runs Oheka) how great I am and you'll be right back her to book me.' Yeah, let me go run and do that.

One of 3 Bridal Suites
Another bridal suite Room 401 entrance
Bridal suite entrance
I think the bench beside the toilet is a bit odd
And what is even more amazing is the renovations. The place was in shambles in 1984 and it took 4 years just to fix the roof with slate purchased from the same quarry as the original slate roof tiles in like 1919.
And get this, the library is not made of wood at all. I was in the room and never realized that it's made of wood grain plaster!!!!! Apparently the owner/builder had a great fear of fire so he had the place built of as much plaster & steel as possible so it would not burn down.
Although it's way more expensive, the current owners decided to replicate the wood grain plaster instead of using wood paneling.
I went last time (I think Feb). It was worth the money. I've always wanted to see it and it was a great opportunity to do so. I wound up booking 3 of the vendors there (florist, photographer & DJ) I would have loved to have my wedding there, but it just wasn't in my budget
