bridal shower

bridal shower

i know its so far away but i am super nervous & i don't know what to do. my parents are paying for the RH & my mom is paying for my dress. she said that she can't expect my sister (MOH) to pay for the shower since she will be in nursing school by the time it comes around so she will be taking care of that too. i would love to just have it at my parents house. i know it would be a lot of work for my mom but it would be cheaper in the long run.

i have hinted a few times that i would love a simple & elegant shower. plus i like the idea of having it at my parents house because then there is no time limit. nothing would have to be rushed.

how do i go about telling them this??

I would just tell them! I was very clear to my mom that I wanted it at her house. Although, she told me no. LOL

I would just tell her - I don't think it is asking a lot.

You should just speak up, tell them that you would prefer that it be an intimate gathering at your parents house

Tell your sister and have your sister talk to your mom! Or just tell your mom directly- I'm sure she'd understand.
