Did anyone register at Bed bath and beyond or something for their bridal shower?

Re: Bridal shower
I registered there. I registered a few months ago..and obviously my bridal shower won't be until next year.
Are you trying to pick a place to register? If so, def. go to bed, bath, and beyond- they have so much and are very helpful when it comes to registering.

Re: Bridal shower
I will be registering at BBB shortly. My shower isnt until next year but becasue i have alot of OOT guests i want to give them more than enough time to buy the gift and pay for the trip.
Side note: they also give you your money back on any item that was purchased off of your registry that you want to return

Re: Bridal shower
I highly recommend registering at BB&B... they have such an easy return/exchange policy... you don't need receipts for anything! I registered there and Macy's and Crate & Barrel as well.

Re: Bridal shower
I registered there yesterday AFTER i registered at macys... word of advice..skip macys...
everything on my macys registry they had at BBB but only CHEAPER>...so I took almost everything off my macys registry and added it to my BBB. for instance..my noritake fine china at macys was $121 a setting and once in a while, went on sale for $85. At BBB, my exact china cost (all the time) $85 PLUS, i get a free vase for just registering for 12 place settings...
Totally go for BBB

Re: Bridal shower
I had a good experience w. BB&B. As a guest I would prefer BBB b.c I could use my 20% off coupon and be able to buy more goodies for the bride.

Re: Bridal shower
BBB is the best! Your guests can use coupons to buy the gifts. Also, their return policy is amazing...cash back!

Re: Bridal shower
I wasn't sure if it was polite to do so. My wedding is sep 7th and I want to have the shower july 25th so I don't want ppl to be upset that they have to give me 2 things.

Re: Bridal shower
I registered at BB & B as well as Macy's. Both places were so helpful, the salespeople were great. I had no clue what to do and they took the time to show me how to use the scanner and what I needed off a checklist. Make sure you go on a weekday as opposed to the weekends when the stores are more crowded so you can get some individual help.

It's definitely not impolite! i think everybody now expects that they have to give a shower and wedding gift. I did BB&B and Macy's. I assumed more people would go to BB&B since you can use the 20% off coupons and there are so many of them around. To my surprise, people are buying from Macy's and not too much from the BB&B registry! I'm wondering now if I should take stuff of BB& B and switch it to Macy's or wait until my shower is closer?

Re: Bridal shower
I decided to do the registry. I started one at Bed bath and beond but realized that target had a lot of the same things for less. FH and I had our apartment built from scratch and it will be done by next week so we have to buy alot of the things ourselves. I figured I would have a registry for the bridal shower and not for the wedding because by then we wouldn't need anything else for the house
